Susan Daley is a partner with Perkins Coie LLP with more than 25 years of securities, executive compensation and employee benefits experience. She is currently President of the Chicago Chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, a member of the BNA Pension & Benefits Reporter Advisory Board and a fellow in the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel. She is a former Chair of the Federal Securities Law Subcommittee of the Employee Benefits Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Taxation and a former Chair of the Illinois State Bar Association Employee Benefits Section Council, the Chicago Bar Association Employee Benefits Committee, the Chicago Bar Association Federal Taxation Committee and the Welfare Benefit Plans Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law. She is active in various bar association activities and a frequent speaker on securities, executive compensation and employee benefits topics. She has also run more than 400 marathons including a marathon in each of the 50 states and in each of the 7 continents. Susan is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Connecticut and earned her law degree from Harvard Law School.
