Robert L. Abramowitz

Bob Abramowitz is a partner in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group in the Philadelphia office of Morgan Lewis. His practice involves all aspects of employee benefits law. Bob was a Lecturer in Law in the Villanova University Law School Graduate Tax Program from 1986 to 2001, and has published numerous articles. He is a past chair of the Pension Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association; past chair of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Interest Group of the Health Law Section of the American Bar Association; past co-chair of the Governmental and Tax-Exempt Subcommittee of the Employee Benefits Committee of the Tax Section of the ABA; a Charter Fellow of the ACEBC; and a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel. Bob was named Philadelphia Employee Benefits "Lawyer of the Year" by The Best Lawyers in America (2010), and is also listed in Chambers USA (Tier I); The US Legal 500; Pennsylvania Super Lawyers; Who's Who in American Law; and Who's Who in America. Bob is a graduate of Yale College (1971) and Harvard Law School (1974). He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
