Rick Pautler is a partner with Thompson Coburn LLP in St. Louis, Missouri. For 30 years he has concentrated his practice on defending defendants in ERISA litigation. Rick has appeared as lead counsel in more than 80 reported ERISA court opinions originating from more than 30 district courts and 30 ERISA appellate court opinions originating from eight different circuits.
