Maya R. Crone is Managing Associate General Counsel for Freddie Mac in Virginia, where her practice focuses on legal issues involving that company’s employee benefit plans. She has also handled executive compensation matters, stock compensation issues, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Ms. Crone was an attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Ms. Crone received her B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, her M.P.A. from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, and her J.D. from Columbia University’s School of Law.
