I am a retired partner who practiced for 40+ years with Seyfarth Shaw LLP. My experience is Employee Benefits/ERISA Litigation. I have tried and otherwise litigated Employee Benefits/ERISA cases, including class actions and withdrawal liability arbitrations, throughout the United States, in federal and state trial and appellate courts. I have extensive mediation experience. I have authored amicus briefs to the United States Supreme Court. I have taught as an adjunct professor on litigation, trial practice and employment topics at Northwestern and the University of Arizona Law Schools.
