Elizabeth Rose Lishner

Elizabeth Lishner is currently an Administrative Law Judge for the Social Security Administration, located in Los Angeles. Prior to her appointment in 2009, she was in private practice for thirty years, specializing in pension and disability litigation. While in private practice, she was an active member of the Employee Benefits Committee of the ABA Labor & Employment Law Section and served a three year term as Plaintiff's co-chair of the committee. She was a contributing author of the publication "Employee Benefits Law" and was a speaker at numerous ERISA Litigation conferences.
