Dodi is an employee benefits lawyer and partner with Reed Smith LLP, a global relationship law firm with nearly 1,600 lawyers in 22 offices throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Dodi's practice of more than 30 years covers the full range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters with an emphasis on transactional matters, strategic benefits planning for large employers, and 401(k) administration and compliance issues. Before practicing law at Reed Smith she spent 6 years as a benefits supervisor and manager at Allegheny International, the parent company of Allegheny Ludlum Steel Company, during which she obtained her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in their evening program. From 2006 to 2009, Dodi served as a member of the Advisory Committee on Tax Exempt and Government Entities Division of the IRS (ACT) and co-authored 3 reports presented at IRS public hearings on the issues of pre approved plans, the IRS voluntary correction program (EPCRS), and international benefits issues. She was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel in 2008. In 2004, she was named by the Pennsylvania Law Weekly as one of the 56 leading women lawyers in Pennsylvania.
