Deb Lerner chairs the Benefits Department at Willig, Williams & Davidson, a union-side labor law firm headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. Her primary practice consists of representing trustees of single and multiemployer plans. For more than 10 years she has taken on at least one individual pro-bono pension case each year. Deb is an adjunct professor in the Graduate Tax Program at Temple University's Law School who enjoys teaching benefits and has recently agreed to co-teach a course with another ACEBC fellow. An avid painter, Deb started exhibiting her work last year, but only in her own office at WWD.
