David S. Preminger

David S. Preminger is a retired partner in Keller Rohrback L.L.P.'s New York office and was a member of its Complex Litigation Group. His practice focused on ERISA class action cases as well as individual benefit claims. He was the lead counsel or co-counsel on numerous ERISA class action, breach of fiduciary duty cases with multi-million dollar settlements. Mr. Preminger litigated ERISA cases on behalf of employees and retirees since the Act's passage in 1974. He also has extensive experience litigating anti-trust, real estate and general commercial and corporate matters. Mr. Preminger is a charter member of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel. Prior to joining Keller Rohrback, Mr. Preminger was a partner in a small New York City firm where his practice concentrated on ERISA litigation. Mr. Preminger was previously a Supervisory Trial Attorney for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, a Senior Attorney with Legal Services for the Elderly Poor and a Reginald Heber Smith Fellow with Brooklyn Legal Services.
