Daniel Feinberg has been a Partner at Feinberg, Jackson, Worthman & Wasow LLP, since 2015. The 7-attorney firm is engaged in employee benefits, wage and hour, and civil rights litigation. Mr. Feinberg has been elected to The American College of Employee Benefits Counsel (ACEBC), and serves on the Board of Directors of The Legal Aid Society - Employment Law Center. He formerly served on the Alumni Council of Swarthmore College and the Bar Association of San Francisco Foundation. Mr. Feinberg is a graduate of Swarthmore College and Berkeley Law (University of California, Berkeley). He was admitted to the California Bar in 1988.
Fiduciary/Other Title I Issues
Mr. Feinberg was named as a Special Master for settlement purposes by the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in a complex, multi-party ERISA fiduciary action. The case settled following a mediation session conducted by Mr. Feinberg. Mr. Feinberg has also served as a Mediator in other ERISA class actions and for benefits claim litigation. Mr. Feinberg has also been designated as an expert witness in ERISA fiduciary litigation.
