I have worked with ERISA since it's passage in 1974. Although most of my career was spent at the IRS, I worked several years at the Department of Labor and served two years as Executive in Residence at the Federal Executive Institute. Except for occasional mediation and consulting, my retirement has been filled with travel, needlepoint, gardening, reading and family. One might say that after having labored in the vineyard, I am now enjoying the fruit thereof - retirement!

IRC Issues

My 30-year career in Employee Plans at the IRS provided experience with all aspects of qualified plans. Although I am now retired, I am completing mediation certification with the Supreme Court of Virginia.
