Bruce Pingree has practiced in vritually all areas of employee benefits and executive compensation law. His practice has involved tranactional issues, multimeployer pension plan issues, securing private letter rulings and administrative exemptions,and appearing before the Internal Revenue Service, department of Labor, EEOC and the Securities and Exchange Commission. He has published various articles on related subjects. He regularly speaks on legal ethics, executive compensation and retiree medical subjects, in particular.
