My practice generally focuses on tax-qualified plans and executive compensation matters. I have a particular interest and focus on ESOPs and regularly advise on benefits issues in acquisitions. I do also assist clients on welfare benefit plan issues. I am the head of my firm's benefits practice group and chair of my firm's benefits committee.
